Review Updated Oct 11, 2026

Earn2Trade combines education with futures evaluation products. This review focuses on the Gauntlet Mini route. The presence of educational material is useful context, but it is not evidence that a beginner is ready to pay for an evaluation or that a payout is likely.

Gauntlet Mini GAU50 example

The official page lists the $50,000 GAU50 with a $3,000 target, $2,000 end-of-day drawdown, $1,100 daily loss limit and 30% consistency rule. Its advertised starting subscription is $170 per month. Funded-stage LiveSim and live accounts are distinct: the page describes EOD drawdown for LiveSim and trailing drawdown for live. Source: Gauntlet Mini.

Test the daily limit as well as the overall floor

A strategy can remain above its overall loss floor and still fail a separate daily restriction. Build a test that includes the worst intraday sequence, fees and open losses, not just each day’s closing balance. Position limits are another constraint; an account’s nominal size does not establish the number of contracts appropriate for your risk.

Consistency can change the practical pace of passing. A trader whose returns depend heavily on occasional outsized sessions should calculate the rule against their own journal before choosing the program.

Passing is not the end of the comparison

Ask which funded route would be offered, who provides it, how the loss limit is measured and which withdrawal terms apply. Do not assume LiveSim and live have identical drawdown or costs. Obtain the agreement before treating an evaluation target as a complete description of the opportunity.

When education adds value

Course access matters only when it addresses a real gap in your process. Write down what you need to learn and how you will practice it without risking an evaluation fee. If you already have a tested futures strategy, compare the account economics independently of the course bundle.

  • Estimate several months of fees rather than assuming the minimum advertised completion time.
  • Include resets, data, platform charges and funded-stage deductions where applicable.
  • Confirm the supported platform and the exact instruments you trade.
  • Read payout eligibility and the current split schedule, not a single maximum percentage.

Assessment

Gauntlet Mini is a candidate for a trader who values its educational route and can meet the daily, overall and consistency conditions. It is not automatically the cheapest way to funding, nor should course access be interpreted as a reduced trading risk. Compare both the evaluation and the eventual funded agreement.

See the futures hub, platform guides and fee checklist.
