What we collect

PropCatalog collects the following data:

Email addresses — when you subscribe to our newsletter. Used exclusively for sending prop firm news, discount code alerts, and editorial content. We do not sell or share email addresses with third parties.

Analytics data — we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, time on page, referral source, device type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.

Affiliate click data — when you click an affiliate link, the destination firm may use cookies to track the referral. This is standard affiliate tracking operated by the firms, not by PropCatalog. We do not have access to your personal data on the firm's platform.

Cookies

PropCatalog uses minimal cookies:

  • Essential cookies for site functionality
  • Analytics cookies for aggregate traffic data
  • Affiliate tracking cookies placed by partner firms when you click referral links

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling affiliate cookies will not affect your browsing experience but may prevent discount codes from being properly attributed.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 26 months. We do not maintain personal profiles or behavioral tracking databases.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address at any time by emailing contact@propcatalog.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. For EU/UK residents, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and port your data.

Peter Fryers
Staff Writer — Pricing & Reviews

Peter writes PropCatalog's firm reviews, pricing analysis, and cross-market comparison content. As an iGaming content specialist at Cardlines.com with experience covering both UK and US markets, he understands how to adapt research and editorial tone across different regulatory environments. His approach is research-first — every review documents actual challenge costs, verified discount percentages, and realistic cost-per-attempt calculations rather than restating marketing claims.
